Easy 20 minute Salmon!

This is the easiest dinner to quickly whip up. It's so important to get salmon into your diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup nugget potatoes
splash of canola oil
pinch salt
pinch pepper
pinch dried thyme
pinch paprika
6 asparagus spears
1 portion salmon
1 lemon wedge
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Toss asparagus and potatoes in a bowl with oil and spices. Put on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.

While vegetables and asparagus are roasting in the oven. Sear your salmon. Heat oil in pan on high, place salmon skin side down. Cook for about 2 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. depending on thickness of fish, you made need to place in the oven a couple minutes.
Serve with a lemon wedge.
Optional: Sprinkle asparagus with some parmesan cheese before roasting! It gets golden and crispy.
