Eggnog Bread Pudding


This recipe was amazing. The flavours in this were so delicious. Whats not to love about this one? Croissants in a bread pudding is so good. This is mixed with eggnog, spices, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.


Ingredients:

2 cups eggnog

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp cloves

1/8 tsp cinnamon

3 eggs

1 package mini croissants (12), cubed

3/4 cups dried cranberries

1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350˙F.


In a bowl whisk together eggnog, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon and eggs. Set aside.


In a large bowl combine cubed croissants, cranberries and chocolate chips. Stir in eggnog mixture and fully coat croissants. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow to lightly soak up. Grease a 12"x8" baking dish before pouring mixture into dish.


Bake for 40-45 minutes. croissants will be slightly toasted.


Serve on its own or top with ice cream. Enjoy!

Notes:

I used 1 package of mini croissants that I got at Safeway. It was 5 well packed cups. Any sized croissants will work!


Any sized baking dish will work for this one, even a 8" square baking dish will work.
