Oat Milk

I had never realized just how easy it was to make oat milk until just recently. I love to keep this in the fridge along with my almond milk. It's nice to have a variety.


Ingredients:


1 cup oats

4 cups water, cold

pinch salt

splash of vanilla


Simply blend all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds. Strain through a cheese cloth. Store in sealed container in the fridge. It is normal for it to separate, just make sure to shake it before each use!
