These are my favourite cookies! I had to make so many batches of these because they went so quickly. Also the Reece's adds some nice fall colours!
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup mini Reece's pieces
Preheat oven to 350˙F. In mixing bowl whisk together honey, peanut butter, vanilla and egg until smooth. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt until well combined. Fold in Reece's pieces. Scoop equal portions onto parchment lined baking sheet. You will get 7-8 cookies.
Bake for 7-9 minutes. The centre will still look a little gooey. Let fully cool before storing in air tight container in the fridge.
